1. About the Site
The Site is a personal portfolio operated by Ronan Gupta. It shows projects, links to my profiles elsewhere, and a music player. It sells nothing and has no accounts.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send harmful content anywhere.
3. My content
Text, design, code, video, and images on the Site are mine unless stated otherwise. The Lausanne Centennial animation was made by me for Lausanne Collegiate School and their name and centennial logo belong to them. Platform logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to link to my profiles. Ask before reusing anything: [email protected].
4. Links to other places
The Site links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, and rokingdom.com. Those sites have their own terms and I am not responsible for them.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided as is. I make no promises about availability or accuracy. Projects described here are personal work and may change or disappear.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Changes
I may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date.
